during my recent stay, I truly enjoyed the short walk to the relaxing Walker Springs Park and the fantastic dining experience just steps away at The Chef's Table, which made my weekend exploration a breeze and filled with delightful flavors.

Spent three nights in a spacious room with comfy queen beds, perfect for our little family! The location was fab, with lots nearby, and we even had room for a playpen.

Only tiny shampoo bottles were supplied, which left us feeling like we had to pull off a heist for some conditioner. Oh, and the soaps had all the excitement of plain toast!

The room was a great deal, and we loved relaxing in the indoor pool and taking advantage of the sun loungers. Although the towels weren’t always available, it didn’t ruin our experience. I’d suggest bringing your own snacks since breakfast wasn’t provided. 😊

we recently stayed here and it exceeded my expectations compared to our previous visit in knoxville. the room was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds, which was a welcome change. the hot breakfast had fresh waffles that my kids loved, making each morning enjoyable.

The location is convenient and easy to find. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but check-in could use smoother communication. My room was small, but the bed felt comfortable. The bathroom had issues. the faucet dripped all night, interrupting sleep. The décor is dated and in need of refreshment, especially the carpets and wall finishes. Breakfast options were decent, but labeling could improve to help those with dietary restrictions. Overall, I had a decent stay but would appreciate more attention to detail in room upkeep and customer service.

We had a peaceful two-night stay, enjoyed the soft beds, and appreciated the clean facilities. The continental breakfast, while basic, was satisfying enough. I would return for sure!

Spacious King Room with a comfortable bed and a decent layout. The convenience of the ice machine came in handy for keeping drinks cool, especially during the warmer days.

The 2nd floor rooms show their age—carpets are worn out and gross, while the bathroom needs a bit of a facelift. The hot tub was broken, which was a big disappointment as that’s usually a highlight for relaxation. Also, the refrigerator didn’t work, and despite requests, it never got fixed, which is a bit of a letdown when trying to keep food fresh. I noticed some air quality issues, leading to a musty smell that made it hard to relax at times.

Cozy and comfortable stay, but the cleanliness needs improvement.
